Troop 461's membership dwindled during the latter 1980s, as illustrated by only four troop members attending the 1987 summer camp at Ockanickon Scout Reservation in Bucks County. The adult leaders in attendance were Kenneth G. Hutchison, Assistant Scoutmaster (in Canadian uniform) and Scoutmaster Harold L. Frederick, Jr. One of the four scouts who attended the 1987 summer camp later went on to become an Eagle Scout. Any guesses which one?
